Administrative Staff

Director: Cherish Edwards
Cherish Edwards has been the director of Center for Possibilities for six years. She has both bachelors and masters degrees in Education from Lincoln Christian University and Ball State University as well as a master degree in Organizational Leadership. Her skills also include respite care, developmental therapy, and NICU cuddling. She is always striving to learn new things, loves reality television, and Anne of Green Gables.

Assistant Director: Amanda Cox
Amanda is pursuing an associate degree in Early Childhood Education. She is a Harry Potter nerd, a great lover of sunflowers, and one tough cookie.

Secretary: Lisa Hottle
Lisa is a jack of all trades at the center, having done every job necessary to keep the center running except perhaps plumbing. She is always ready to greet families at the door with a "Hello!" and has some very well loved cats at home.

Food Program Specialist: Stephanie Thomas
Stephanie is the food program specialist at the center, keeping records of our meals for CACFP, preparing food for the students, organizing with Meals on Wheels for our lunchtime deliveries, and ordering and organizing groceries so that no one ever goes hungry.

Toddler Class Lead: Taylor Cantrell
Taylor will be graduating with their associates in Early Childhood Education in May of 2025 and continuing on to Ball State to pursue a bachelor's in the same field in June. They love foxes, rubber ducks, and sing show tunes all day long.

3's Class Lead: Jazmynn Wheeler
Jaz has a CDA which she received in January of 2025 after much hard work and dedication. She is an avid crochet artist, the most energetic teacher on the playground, and loves her pets dearly.

Assistant Teacher: Abby Pierce
Abby is an Elementary Education major specializing in Special Education at Purdue Northwest. She loves Strawberry Shortcake and takes many of the pictures of our students at play.

Pre-K Lead: Caleb D'Amico
Caleb will begin pursuing his associates of Early Childhood Education in June of 2025. He loves encouraging students to eat their veggies and is a favorite amongst center parents for his easy going personality.

Brittani received her CDA in preschool curriculum in June of 2024. She is the number one Paramore fan and loves her children (both human and animal) more than anything.
